We provide collaboration and communication as we work together to create the space our clients can’t wait to call Home.
United Engineers pricing model is very unique. We simply charge a flat fee on top of the actual cost of building the home. This all-inclusive price results in a price lower than similar homes on the market and provides our clients with the flexibility and freedom to customize their homes as they wish.
United Engineers sits with you to brainstorm and learn about your desires and outline your top priorities. If you don’t have a plan in mind, we can offer guidance. We can also show you previous homes we’ve completed and discuss the general process of home building.
After the Vision Session, we put together a detailed proposal for the project that includes a Project Overview, Project Plan, and Estimated Budget. This proposal outlines the key decisions the clients need to make and how they will impact the project.
Our design process includes four design meetings where we work on the floor plan design and review, as well as initial home selections. Once we have finalized plans, we provide the final estimated price for review. An agreed-upon non-refundable down payment is due at signing.
Ground breaking: Building your home is a major event and should be treated like one. Once the project begins, we have a ground-breaking ceremony where we meet with golden shovels to mark the start of the building process.
Ongoing updates and communication: United Engineers will provide key updates based on your communication preferences to always stay informed.
